Hi! It's been awhile...
I just saw this article, which contains both a video as well as the text of the speech given by the mayor of Narlins as to WHY they were removed. Some time back we had several discussions about whether or not flying the Confederate Flag was about celebrating the old south, or something else... I think the mayor knocked it out of the park...
