My own comments: This list includes the three teams that are overrated every single year: Texas, USC and Notre Dame. Texas is ranked at #5, despite losing five games a year ago and graduating their top running back. Their starting quarterback was rated the #64 quarterback in college football a year ago.

The Texas ranking is all about Arch Manning.

Wait. Notre Dame in the Top Ten? When have I seen this before? Oh yeah, every preseason poll since the 1930s. Then they embarrass themselves against any good team they actually play. Ranking over. Not to say the Gators are better, probably not, but we don't get the benefit of the doubt. Glad to the see the Orange and Blue "ranked" in some way.

The Texas ranking is all about Arch Manning. Who isn't going to start.

I wonder if this was before or after our starting WR and supposedly the guy who was going to be our first over the top threat in years as well as our a projected starter at OLB entered the portal. Billy G reverse recruiting? Leaving because he couldn't handle the Graham Mertz fastball? It's all part of the 10 year plan.

Maybe it is a misprint and UCF was meant to be #18
