Florida State 24, Florida 15 - A 12-0 lead was gone in two drives. Terrible placekicking, terrible pass protection, too many defensive penalties prolonging FSU drives. No offense in the second half. The Seminoles look very beatable with this QB. At least we may have knocked them out of the playoff.
Alabama 27, Auburn 24 - Auburn had the game won. They fumbled a punt leading 24-20 in the final minutes. Through a series of errors, Bama had fourth and goal from the 31. Touchdown pass. Prevent defense, did not rush the passer, gave him all day to throw.
Missouri 48, Arkansas 14 - The Razorbacks trailed 41-0 before scoring. Arkansas had 225 yards of total offense.
Ole Miss 17, Mississippi State 7 - About as exciting as the final score implies, 3-0 Rebels at the half. Both teams barely cracked 300 yards total offense.
Kentucky 38, Louisville 31 - A 37 yard touchdown run with just over a minute remaining gave the Wildcats their first road win over a top ten team after ten straight losses.
LSU 42, Texas A&M 30 - Jayden Daniels threw for four touchdowns. The Aggies led 24-14 in the third quarter and then fell apart.
Tennessee 48, Vanderbilt 24 - Over 600 yards total offense for the Vols.
Clemson 16, South Carolina 7 - The Gamecocks decided that they were done scoring after a first quarter touchdown.
Georgia 31, Georgia Tech 23 - The Yellow Jackets made it somewhat interesting with a ten point fourth quarter.
National games
Michigan 30, Ohio State 24 - Third straight win for the Wolverines in the series. An interception killed the final Buckeye drive.
Washington 24, Washington State 21 - Field goal on the final play preserved the unbeaten season.
Oklahoma State 40, Brigham Young 34, 2 OT - The Cowboys were well on their way to blowing a spot in the Big 12 title game, trailing 21-6 at the half and 24-6 in the third quarter.
Oklahoma 69, TCU 45 - If you like points, this was your game. The Sooners led 42-16 at the half. The teams combined for over 1,100 yards of total offense. The Oklahoma basketball team, in a two point win over Southern California, outscored the football team by three points.
Iowa 13, Nebraska 10 - Iowa has basically no offense and they will be destroyed in the Big Ten title game. The winning field goal, the only points in the fourth quarter, came on the final play. This is the fourth time this season that Nebraska has lost by three points. It almost happened last week (which would have made it five), but the Huskers tied the game against Wisconsin in the final minute of regulation before losing by seven in overtime.
Utah State 44, New Mexico 41, 2OT - Entertaining game between two mid-pack Mountain West teams. The Lobos came from 31-21 behind in the final 3:24 of regulation, tying the game with a 22 yard field goal with four seconds remaining.
Boise State 27, Air Force 19 - The wheels have really come off for the Falcons since the turnover-marred loss to Army knocked them from the ranks of the unbeaten. AFA has lost four straight, and they have gone from CFP contender to eliminated from contention for the Mountain West championship game.
