For context, there are 130 teams in FBS. These rankings are prior to conference championship games and bowl games. The national statistical rankings were obtained from the official website of the NCAA.
Scoring offense: 57 (28.4 PPG)
Third down conversion percentage: 85 (.369)
Fourth down conversion percentage: 105 (tie with South Florida) (.409)
Completion percentage: 3 (.723)
First Downs: 44 (260)
Passes intercepted: 129 (3) - Being ranked lower is better; not surprising that teams that throw a lot, and throw deep, had more passes intercepted.
Passing offense: 44 (259.2)
Passing yards per completion: 101 (11.3)
Rushing offense: 75 (149.8 PG)
Sacks allowed: 113 (39)
Tackles for loss allowed: 105 (6.83 PG)
Time of possession: 9 (33 min PG)
Total offense: 48 (409.1 YPG)
Turnovers lost: 17 (12) - FSU was #1 with five turnovers for the season.

Throw these on there for good measure:
We were in a 7 team tie for 84th in the country in number of 30 yard plays this season, tied for last in the SEC with Vandy. 40 yard plays we were in a 10 way tie for 100th.
And all you spoiled brats want a new OC and Napier to give up play calling. The nerve of you people.

How is it even possible to rank #9 in time of possession and only 57 in scoring offense? And how can we be so committed to the run while also being so bad at it?

How is it even possible to rank #9 in time of possession and only 57 in scoring offense? And how can we be so committed to the run while also being so bad at it? Bottom line, we had the ball more than the opposition for two reasons: Quick strike scores by the opposition, putting our offense back on the field quickly Drawn out drives resulting in little or nothing on the scoreboard
