Getting sued for 13.8m and investigated by the NCAA (on hold)
Speaks like a 4th grader when addressing the public which is infuriating

Consistent hairstyle

Pros:
Has spent time coaching with, learning from, and cultivating relationships with some of the best coaches and programs in college football over the past 15 years.
Has a system he believes in.
He is loyal to his guys.
Cons:
Has applied none of the knowledge he gained nor has he had one good coach follow him to Gainesville - at least none he has kept or decided to stay.
Has a system he believes in.
His guys are mediocre at best.

I just got off the ESPN College Football page. Went up and down the page 3 or 4 times, must be 50 or more different stories. Not 1, as in zero, jip, zilch, nada, bupkis, referencing the UF program. Welcome the the Napier age.
